Property Description

It could be said that London is a city of many villages. And while they may have been separate entities at one point in the past, they have been swallowed up as the city has expanded. However, many of these villages retain their own unique charm, and the area around Pimlico is one of our favourites.

An elegant stucco-fronted exterior reveals a two-bedroom apartment with plenty of period charm that's sure to help you settle quickly into your new surroundings. Thanks to its lower ground floor location, the flat benefits from that all-too-rare of London amenities – outdoor space. The quaint courtyard is lined with trees, potted plants and a table and chairs – perfect for a mid-afternoon cuppa or an aperitif at the end of the day. Elsewhere, a compact kitchen includes everything you could need to whip up delicious meals at home, while both bedrooms benefit from comfortable mattresses and direct access to the outdoors.

The apartment places you within a fifteen-minute walk of Pimlico, Victoria and Sloane Square Tube stations, with plenty of bus routes passing nearby too. This network of public transport options provides you with access to everywhere from South Kensington to Soho, within approximately half an hour.

Home truths:
*The home is located on the lower ground floor and accessible via stairs only
*Despite the central location, the area is broadly residential so street noise shouldn't pose too much of a problem
*The courtyard garden is overlooked by neighbouring flats
*Given London's excellent public transport links, a car isn't necessary when staying here
