The property is arranged over three floors, with a studio apartment on the ground floor and the rest of the accommodation over the top two floors. It is a great place to stay if you are travelling with extended family and friends with the ground floor studio apartment offering an element of privacy for groups holidaying together. 

The house has been recently redecorated throughout and has everything that you need to enjoy a sea-side break. Part of the recent refurbishment includes new modern bathrooms, fitted gloss kitchen and newly installed utility room on the ground floor. 

Just a short walk from the front door is Weymouth's historic harbourside, offering a choice of traditional pubs, wine bars, seafood restaurants or even the traditional sea-side fare of fish and chips!

Beds: Double bed on ground floor, bunk beds on first floor, double bed on second floor and king size master bedroom on second floor. 
Rooms: Ground floor studio - open plan living, dining and bedroom with a door into kitchen (no oven or hob), door from the kitchenette leads to bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C. First floor - main living area, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Door leads to family bathroom from the kitchen. Family bathroom with walk in shower, separate bath, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C. Bunk bedroom and W.C. also on first floor across hallway. Second floor - Double bedroom with TV and King Size master bedroom with TV.

Kitchen/Utilities: Electric hob, fan oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge / freezer.
