Oak Lodge is a lovely apartment located in the village of East Runton in East Anglia. Hosting two bedrooms; one double and one twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area. To the outside, is off road parking, and a lfront patio area. Resting in a desirable setting, Oak Lodge is a fabulous apartment in a cosy part of England.

Area
East Runton is located near the North Sea in Norfolk; once a traditional fishing village. The village holds its own shops, pubs, fish and chip shop and a lovely sandy beach. Nearby East Runton is the coastal town of Cromer with a Victorian pier offering visitors the chance to see theatre shows and visit the museum. This area of North Norfolk has many places worth visiting, including local golf courses at West Runton, Cromer and Sheringham, and the National Trust Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall.

Region
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

I stayed at oak lodge for 4 nights in Oct. it’s a wonderful little flat with seaside gorgeous seaside decor. The bed is so comfy! Sitting in the comfy chair I can watch tv whilst watching big ships go by in the North Sea. I would definitely come again Seating area and small donning table, excellent wifi and Netflix. What more could a girl want. Would make a ideal work from home break too

Excellent location close to Cromer with beautiful views overlooking the sea. The sunrise was stunning also, worth an early start for. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The linen, towels and bedding were excellent quality and the beds very comfortable. The accommodation was well equipped and the welcome pack much appreciated. The only criticism , and a very minor one, would be for a shower in the bathroom. We would not hesitate to stay at Oak Lodge again and indeed, hope to soon. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

As mentioned in other feedback a proper shower in this property would be an improvement and save in electricity costs to the owner by reducing the need for immersion heater for heating bath water.. Other than that good location, easy access to public transport, nice sea views and comfortable, tidy and well appointed apartment, would certainly book again.

The apartment was extremely clean & comfortable with everything you could want including the most comfortable beds.. Views were lovely & we were so near to bus stops & walks that we didn't use the car all week. Downside was road noise but that's not down to the owners.They had provided everything for our comfort.So thanks for a lovely holiday.

Great little apartment with great views out to sea with all the facilities you could need.. Location was useful for exploring the north Norfolk area by car and easy walk into Cromer.

Loved the accommodation but really did miss a shower.. It is quite a long walk from the parking area so might be good to recommend taking a torch for the walk back at night. We were really pleased that the accommodation was so clean and fresh and well equipped.

Quiet location, easy walk into East Runton and Cromer.. Flat was clean,comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. May be a problem if you have mobility problems as the stairs are quite steep and there is only a hand-held shower attachment over the bath and no grab rail.

We would have preferred a shower even if it was only over the bath.. Parking was also a slight problem no designated parking and what ther was was a good distance away. Not wishing to be totally negative everything else was fine nice beds, kitchen facilities.

The lodge & facilities were excellent could not of asked for more the only small thing was & it was a small detail was there was no hairdryer at the lodge.. Most other i have stay in have had 1 & having 2 daughter's it a must-have but apart from that was excellent

This cottage provides an excellent base for exploring Cromer and the surrounding area - with both Cromer and East Runton within easy walking distance.. Plenty of parking is also available at the end of the private lane that the cottage is on. The cottage itself is well organised and decorated to a high standard throughout. The views of the sea and surrounding from the lounge window are excellent and both bedrooms are a good size. It is definitely worth staying here.
