Step out into the balcony to breathe in the sea breeze each morning with a cup of coffee in hand before nipping out to pick up some fresh croissants to enjoy for breakfast. With enough room for a small family or group of friends, it's the perfect place from which to enjoy a beach holiday and the sought-after French lifestyle. In keeping with its location by the sea, the home's interiors present a nautical theme and the feeling of being on a boat. With an open-plan layout, the main living area offers a sociable space to kick back and relax after a day out in Biarritz (thirty minutes away) or following a lazy day on the beach in Saint Jean de Luz. Enjoy long walks amidst the balmy summer temperatures, before stopping for some freshly caught seafood in the town or on the beachfront. If you see the locals drinking a mint coloured concoction on the terraces, it's known as a "menthe à l'eau" and is a refreshing water and mint syrup combination that the French often drink on holiday.
