The well-kept house had everything you needed. Quiet complex with a nice pool. Not far from the beautiful natural beach. Nice care from the team. We felt good.

A remarkable welcome by the person in charge of the structure who takes the time to explain the location of the residence, the cycle paths, the activities... and who throughout the stay is always at your disposal. The apartment is fine but the furnishings such as the kitchen utensils are very minimalist. The rentals would benefit from being redone and isolated from one floor to another. Overall a good stay and a very clean residence.

Nice house in a very well managed complex with pools. We had a house on the edge of the complex. Unfortunately there was construction noise from across the street during the week, a second facility was being built, you could hear that. When the lights in the bathroom failed, someone came straight away to replace them. In terms of price, it was really very good in the off-season, it wasn’t full due to the corona, which was very pleasant. WiFi for payment... I don't think it's appropriate anymore these days, but I knew beforehand.

Beautiful week in Vendee in this well thought out holiday residence where everyone has their own little home. Very pleasant indoor and outdoor swimming pool and good location in relation to the beach and the cycle paths. A very warm and friendly welcome at the reception. I recommend.

For the low price in the off-season, it was okay, but the condition of the house and the cleanliness was very borderline. Unfortunately I can't upload any photos here, all the baseboards, walls and window sills were dirty as if they had NEVER been cleaned, not to mention the grout around the bathtub. Sometimes really disgusting. Of course, I don't know whether all the accommodations in this complex look like this or whether we were really unlucky.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for the sauna! House was clean, cupboards unfortunately not in good condition. Our house was in a quiet location and we felt very comfortable. Great bike paths through the forest and to the beaches, through the Marais. Brem sur mer, Bretignolles sur mer Les Sables dÒlonne : Ile de Penotte to see! By bike from Brem sur mer to St Giles de la Croix. We would go again! Very friendly people.

Price-performance ratio is very good in the off-season. However, the apartment is appropriate for a maximum of 4 people and not 6 people. Car is necessary. The beach can also be reached by bike and is very beautiful. For other destinations and purchases a car is necessary. There is also a sufficient number of restaurants in Sable d'olonne (10 minutes by car).
