We were a family of five enjoying the apartment with a large rooftop terrace with a view to the mediteranian sea and eze. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy. The apartment area had a good pool. Everything was private and very clean. Strong recommendatiins given!

Many things broken, such as lamps, hob that does not work, etc. and many things that have gnawed the test of time. Very poor Wi-Fi, only works in the bedroom. Coffee machine too complicated for the Dutch.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet and clean residence. We encountered very serious cleanliness problems in all rooms, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was cleaned by us. All the bathroom linen was stained, as was the bed linen with cigarette burn holes. Everything was replaced three days later. NO MICROWAVE! A toaster that tripped the whole apartment, replaced six days later.

Everything was clean! The view from.the balcony is astonishing! Big appartment, comfy beds. Kitchen has everything u need! Nothing to say! Appartment was perfect!

After final payment receiving instructions for check-in was a shock. Check-in period was strick 16 - 19. Our flight in Nice landed 18.20, so special arrangements were need for a fee. Check-in itself was thorough and very friendly. The bond for the apartment needed to be payed in cash.Location of the apartment could not have been better and it has enough space. Coffee automat uses whole beans.Kitchen is well equipped.Bedrooms are large.Parking in the garage is tight.Bus to Nice or Monaco is 1.50€

Spacious and quiet, fully equipped in lovely surroundings. Minor minuses : inoperable cd-dvd player. Superficially clean bathrooms, wc and kitchen needed our attention on arrival. Uncomfortable worn very low bed in the second bedroom. Had to hunt for appliance instruction manuals. Otherwise, restful stay and sorry to leave.

Clean and unique appartment with a beautiful vue from the terrace. Everything worked ok. Only the tv was in german mode. It smelled very strange in the corridor, but not in the appartment.

Fantastic penthouse with views of Eze, Cap Ferrat and the Mediterranean Good space and really good facilities. Short distance to Nice, Menton and Italy. Only one minor thing: the beds were a little lower than we are used to. Regarding the key collection at the property itself: Had never received the code for the gate and the telephone number of the local agent was incorrect. But you managed to get in through your head office. Really good service from them!

An absolutely amazing penthouse apartment equipped with all the necessary appliances needed. The whole impression is refinement and luxury. The view over the coast with Eze village in front is magnificent. A top notch living.
