Nice apartment recently decorated, excellent location, kitchenware justita. Pool with beautiful well-kept garden and grass and trees. Parking space is not in the building, it is in a subway about 200m away. When we had a problem, the interhome always picked up the phone and answered us. If we went back to Benidorm I would try to rent the same apartment. The only thing I would ask for is 2 sets of keys, with only one always afraid of closing the door with the keys inside.

The apartment is nice and well located. It has things to improve: Hard mattresses, pillows very and high, they only give 1 set of keys for all tenants, odors from drains, the parking booth very fair and in another building (We went with xxx great c4 spacetourer and we put it in a miracle) . For 6 people it would be with a sofa-bed. The pool is very good, perfect wifi, and the air conditioning is wonderful. In general good and comfortable.

1. I was charged 50euro more on deposit, Bu get prepaid invoice normal. Needed to call and figure out. 2. No keyholder on location nobody meet you and cheek the apartment. But you need to go to another city site to get the keys and left deposit. And they not even go with you to cheek together 3. Real adresas not that was provided on XXX but 100m higher to the hill and more far from sea. 4. we found not working kitchen water system, in the bath shower all was broken and poor quality.

Apparently well located and well laid out, one drawback the parking lot is too small for a large vehicle.

Nice apartment in a good location with a lovely pool area. Far too hard beds. The kitchen lacked equipment and what was there was not washed and fresh. During our stay we had the misfortune to experience problems with both the electricity and the drains in the apartment, which affects the overall assessment.
