Bedrooms

La Croix's bedroom is a comfortable haven after a long day. The bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment to offer a quiet night's sleep. It features a large, solid oak double bed, wall-mounted reading lights, and a chest of drawers along with curtained hanging rail ensure you have plenty of storage space.

Bathrooms

In the stylish, white bathroom there is a bathtub, shower fitting with glass panel, basin and toilet. A large mirror and spotlights add the finishing touches.

Living Area

The open-space living area is beautifully organised with two windows to create a spacious and airy zone in which to relax, work or enjoy communal dining. The oak floorboards and exposed beams are paired gloriously with contemporary light fittings and soft furnishings to create a wonderful space complete with original artwork and design pieces. When exploring has used up all your energy, slide on to the leather sofa and enjoy the 20'' LCD TV including English news channels, a wide collection of DVDs, iPod dock and wifi.

The well-appointed galley kitchen is neither enclosed nor does it invade the living space. Discreetly situated off to the corner of the dining area, it has a white tiled floor, stunning Habitat kitchen cupboards with wooden work surfaces and a double ceramic sink. The 4-halogen hobs will please the more discerning chefs and there is also an oven, microwave, kettle, cafetière, toaster, washing machine and laundry equipment.

Neighbourhood

The Old Town of Nice is a blur of colours, scents, boutiques and restaurants; a great place to explore. Rue de la Croix, although very central, is located just above the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy the atmosphere without being disturbed by it. Markets, musicians, churches and galleries abound and there is something to discover around every corner. Visit Palais Lascaris, a 17th century Baroque palace to travel back in time or just soak up the atmosphere of the modern day city where locals and tourists rub shoulders at every turn. For an oasis of green amid the city streets the Promenade du Paillon is 200m from your door, with areas for children, picnics, strolling, and quiet contemplation. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute walk to the nearest tram stop La Croix is conveniently located to make the most of everything Nice has to offer.

Public Transport

Cathédrale-Vieille Ville tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away and connects to the main railway station where trains will take you to Italy or west towards Cannes and Marseille.
