There are two comfortable double bedrooms with plenty of storage space, one bedroom has access to the balcony through large French-windows.

The open-plan living room is equipped with 36inch flat screen TV , DVD/CD player. There are two comfortable double sofas and a stylish glass dining table with seating for two. The large French-windows lead out onto the terrace and allow a light and airy relaxing space.

The newly designed kitchen boasts a grey/black marble effect work surface, spacious cupboards, a full range of cooking equipment, an electric hob, combination oven/ grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. It makes a great social space and will make preparing those appetisers and apertifs very easy indeed!

There is easy access to the apartment by car in and out of the city through the "voie rapide" (Nice's mini highway through the City)

Neighbourhood

A central area set a little further back from the beach, Musicians Quarter is made up of leafy, pretty streets showcasing architecture from the belle epoque years. Take advantage of being away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Old Town, but still surrounded by good restaurants, popular with locals and tourists. A bus or or tram will transport you to the Promenade and beach in minutes or take a 15 minute stroll while admiring the ornate facades around you. You can't go wrong enjoying a glass of wine or a cold beer watching life go by in this very desirable area.

Public Transport

From Nice Airport Terminal 1 take No 23 to Nice station(Gare SNCF). Your stop is 'Parc imperial/Gambetta', 50metres to the apartment. Buses number 4 and 7 run to and from the centre. Easy access to the train station (via Bus No.4) or 7 minute walk. Using the tram, 'Gare Thiers' is the closest stop. Then you can walk along avenue Thiers until Gambetta
