This first floor apartment is in the Devonshire town of Ifracombe, a traditional seaside town where visitors can find a range of shops, bars, and restaurants, including Damien Hirst s restaurant, 11 The Quay. One of the artist s most impressive works can also be found in the town: the imposing 25 metre sculpture of a female warrior, Verity. Exmoor National Park is a short drive away from the town, and is a wonderful place for those who enjoy walking or have a keen interest in wildlife. Visitors who like to spend time at the beach are spoilt for choice in the area, with Croyde, Woolacombe, and Saunton Sands all being within easy driving distance. Guests enter this first floor apartment straight into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is dominated by the stunning sea views from the large floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable seating here allows guests to enjoy the view, or alternatively to watch the TV and DVD or listen to music on the hi fi. The dining area seats four, and beyond this, to the rear of the room, guests will find the kitchen, which is well equipped for those who choose to cook rather than make use of the town s numerous eateries. Guests will find an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine is located just off the kitchen. There is access to the balcony from the living space and also from the king size master bedroom, which additionally benefits from its own TV. The second bedroom is an attractive twin room. The property has a shower room with WC. The property s outside space consists of the lovely balcony with impressive harbour views, the perfect space to relax and watch the boats coming and going (the balcony is accessed through a sash window and guests should take care on the balcony). There is one allocated parking space provided. Guests may bring two dogs, by arrangement and at an additional fee.
