Choose between any number of fell and waterside walks in the area, including a 10 mile circuit of Derwentwater. Step in through the front door then follow the stairs up to the first floor, where you will find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a family shower room with WC. The kitchen is also at this level with a fitted double oven, five gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer. Prepare meals in here together and pause at the table with a glass of wine to chat while dinner is roasting. The lounge/diner is also on the first floor and features beautiful sash windows and an electric fire. Enjoy hearty holiday feasts together around the table then relax on the comfortable seating in front of the TV with Freesat. There is also a Roku for streaming your favourite shows and a DVD player. Make your way up to the second floor to find a king size room, a double room and a twin room. Venture up to the third floor to find another very generous, king size bedroom with a low sloping ceiling, capturing far reaching views out across the Lake District from both sides.
