Hafod Wen is a studio apartment near the village of Pentraeth in North Wales. It has one king size bedroom which can be turned into twin beds upon request, as well as an en-suite shower room, the cottage can sleep two people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and patio and furniture. Hafod Wen is a fantastic cottage in a beautiful location.

All ground floor. 1 x king-size double bedroom (zip/link can be 2'6" twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Area
Pentraeth is a village on the Isle of Anglesey. It has a 12th century church and is located between Llanddona and Red Wharf Bay, which has over 4.5 miles of beach. Red Wharf Bay is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and provides safe bathing, perfect for family fun, fishing and scenic walks. The bay attracts waterfowl and wading birds. 6 miles away is Beaumaris which boasts a 13th century castle, shops, pubs, restaurants, bistros and museums, as well as a golf course and pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a great location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, yet only six minutes from the Britannia Bridge to access the mainland.

Superb accommodation in a peaceful setting.. This one bedroom studio apartment is immaculate. The owners live next door and are available if required and very helpful. A basket containing a welcome pack was left for us with treats for our dog too. Lovely white bedding and fluffy white towels, the shower is amazing! The log burner is fast to warm up if needed and underfloor heating keeps your feet warm. Parking space and a safe enclosed garden for our dog. Dogs tags with accommodation details also provided by the owners which is a brilliant idea. Close to all attractions in Anglesey and lovely to return to after a busy day. Great nights sleep too.

Owner was very welcoming.. Fantastic surprise that garden was fully secure for our dogs. Parking immediately outside the gate which was convenient. The owner had kindly left fresh cake and butter which was delicious. Wonderful stay.

Brilliant luxury accommodation.. Lovely welcome pack plus a bottle of bubbly as it was our honeymoon. Hosts were at hand if we needed them but didn’t. Fantastic enclosed garden for our dogs. Situated out of Pentraeth in the countryside but good base for days outs and shops/pubs not too far away. Only down side....we had to leave. Would visit again.

Everything at the apartment was top class and our hosts Julie and Alan went out of their way to make our holiday perfect this included a welcome pack with lots of essentials like milk, butter and sachets of various sauces, a beautiful cake and even a treat for our dog.. The enclosed garden was safe for the dog and there were places to sit and eat out side too. Having access to the internet at the apartment was also a bonus. Anglesey has some fantastic beaches and places to visit, we had a great holiday and would highly recommend using Sykes cottages to all our friends and anyone else for that matter who would prefer a relaxing holiday in great accommodation.

Beautiful apartment finished to a very high standard.. Excellent fenced garden. A lot of space for two people. Very quiet location. Lovely hosts who are there if you need them but do not impose themselves on you. Amazing Bara Brith cake. Thank you. Butter, milk and orange juice in the fridge on arrival. Treat Faults? Can't name one.

This accommodation is 5 star, the owners are very friendly and just next door if you need anything.. Pet friendly with an enclosed garden so no worries. Lovely white bedding and fluffy white towels, powerful shower is great. A welcome pack is supplied along with treats for the dog. There are beautifully clean dog friendly beaches and great walks. Booking again very soon.

We had the most perfect week in Anglesey, the cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped.. The location was central to all nearby visitor locations and the owners was so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, they even gave us a lift to the pub one night, we would 100% recommend and will defiantly be back.

Lovely accommodation.. Modern, stylish and comfortable with everything we needed. Most importantly the garden was totally enclosed so we could relax and not have to worry about the dog escaping. The location was great - near good dog friendly beaches, the places we like to eat, a garage and local supermarkets. The owners were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything like extra wood. The welcome basket was a nice touch with treats for humans and dogs. We have been going to Anglesey for years and this is the best place we have stayed in.
