The house is like 20 years ago, an update could do with it. The second bedroom does not fit the second bed. You can't even sit on the armchair in the living room, the most uncomfortable thing in the world. The garage space can't be used because of how tiny it is. The downstairs neighbor doesn't like having tenants and they make your life miserable. Come on, for the price it has, they could already update a little. I feel disappointed.

The apt. very clean and cozy. Isabel, the person who gave us the keys, very attentive and willing to solve any problem at the moment. The worst thing that we only had wifi 3 of the 14 days due to a technical problem that was solved. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The unbeatable pool and garden. In short, highly recommended.

The residence is very pleasant, very chic, fairly quiet and has a very appreciable swimming pool. In addition we have a magnificent view and we are ideally placed. However, an air conditioning is essential! Bathroom and WC very bad smell of sewage and humidity all the time. No window to ventilate. The window of the kitchen and that of a bedroom overlook a corridor in front of an elevator and a stairwell which are very busy which is not pleasant because there is no privacy when opening these windows. Regarding the equipment, the dining room table can be dismantled, an external electrical outlet is not waterproof and switches everything off at the slightest rain, there is no good knife for the kitchen. A vacuum cleaner is badly missing. It would take two sets of keys and a working doorbell. Very pleasant the welcome box, linens and wifi. The interhome staff are very nice. We will not re-let this apartment without the air conditioning
