Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Marvellous panoramic view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 1058/1059 (2 cars). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Key for underground car park did not work, had to visit the on-site office a second time! Parking spaces in the underground car park are very narrow and difficult to reach. The apartment was not locked when we took it over. That's when we first noticed that the lock was broken and could only be closed with a trick. Based on our feedback, we were promised a repair during our stay, which never happened. House is on a busy road

Rental with good value for money. Very good location of the residence. Some improvements can be made to the quality of the furniture (wardrobes, fittings, curtains, etc.). Parking space a little complicated to access.

Very nice, comfortable apartment. Great location. 180° view of the port and the Bassin D'ARCACHON. Completely up to our expectations. Photos correspond to the apartment. Close to shops. Town center accessible on foot even for a modest walker. Needs improvement: Small appliances, especially the toaster with broken handle. To check: Garage door remote control. Battery may need to be replaced.

A superb view, a spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment, with WiFi and new bedding, two parking spaces available in the basement and an ideal location to enjoy your stay! We recommend this accommodation! It was great ! Thank you to the Interhome team for their kindness and thank you to the owners for having made improvements in their accommodation because the old comments raised doubts! Very nice view of the port of Arcachon. Not far from the center of Arcachon on foot like shops. Apartment that corresponds to the photos. Downsides: lack of cleanliness of the floor, mattress of very poor quality for a teenager who touched the slats, inaccessible garage in the basement with a Space V.

very well equipped apartment (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), spacious, magnificent view of the marina and the Arcachon basin. Very practical basement parking, close to shops and the beach. Small flats on the sound and thermal insulation. Sofa to change, stained and not comfortable.

Apartment as advertised. The view of the harbor is very pleasant. On the other hand, despite the double glazing, the noises coming from the avenue below are very present in the apartment. Very good internet connection (luckily we were resourceful because the wifi code was never sent to us). Finally, be aware that for €8 per set of sheets/pers., it will be up to you to make your bed on your arrival... petty... and above all not specified... you might as well bring your own sheets!

Well equipped apartment, with a magnificent view of the marina. The interior is clean. The photos presented on the website are accurate. The location is optimal, close to beaches and shops, with access on foot or by bike. Some car noise from the road nearby, but not very annoying.
