- magnificent view of the Gran Paradiso park - quick but friendly welcome - very pleasant walks around and in the valleys of the park - very good for 2 people but would have been small if we had been 4 for a 2 week stay - modest household appliances

Many well-maintained hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A grocery store is half an hour's walk away. The thick walls keep the apartment pleasantly cool despite the summer heat.

It is an apartment in a beautiful mountain house located at an altitude of about 1400m above sea level. The apartment is equipped with all essential services. Its strong point is the priceless panorama that can be admired from the wooden terrace. The air is crisp and the silence is almost unreal for those who come from the city and are not used to it. The bed is comfortable enough and we didn't get cold. The large fridge, centralized hot water did not give any problems. No wi-fi available.

Excellent property located in a hamlet above Saint Nicolas, with a view from the terrace of the whole valley. Equipped with everything you need, spacious. A few kilometers from various trails. About 40min from Cogne and other valleys.
