The Apartment was great, but the description on how to enter the building is not clear, as the apartments do not have numbers. It could also do with repairs to the patio doors to the main balcony, as the locks need attention, they are insecure. The showers could do with a riser rail, as anyone less than 6 foot high have no chance of moving the head.

As we have often done before, we rented this apartment because the compromise between quiet and proximity to the beach is good. However, I would not recommend the apartment at times when you are often on the balcony, as there is a school with a sports field in the neighborhood and it can therefore be quite noisy throughout the day.

Very complete and quiet apartment. The family urbanization and very close to the arenal beach. The only downside was the parking remote control that seemed to have no batteries. Everything else great, I would repeat without a doubt.

We had a great holiday filled with plenty of sunshine and high temperature. The apartment is well situated for sea front and shopping area. The apartment is very good.

We know the buildings Golden Garden, Golden Beach, etc. Everything is in very good condition and well looked after. The proximity to the beach and grocery stores is very good. It's central and still quiet. If it now had SAT TV in German, it would be perfect. We helped and then with internet television. If you consider that 5 (five) days before in Javea a lot was under water because of heavy rain (330 liters in 24 h), you can only say: Respect Javea, you have seen next to nothing of the "flood".
