• Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher,  fridge/freezer.
• Nearest beach: 0.1 miles.
• Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
• Outdoors: Small communal lawn to front. Balcony with table and chairs.
• Parking: Parking for 2 cars in allocated spaces to the front.
• Family facilities:Travel cot available; please order in advance.
• Pets: Maximum 2; £35 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
• General: Gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h throughout.
