The dining table is another unique feature of this apartment, which combines contemporary style with local art and craft—it is handmade by the property’s owner using a single piece of spalted beech as the table top, and complemented with four comfortable leather dining chairs. KITCHEN
Upon entering the open plan living area of the apartment, you move first through the kitchen area. Laminate floors in tasteful ash grey complement the two-tone kitchen with metro tiled splash back and minimalist style cupboards. Full kitchen facilities include a double oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The apartment is flooded with natural light from window panels either side of glass door. It faces out on to a private cul de sac and has blinds for privacy.
Original artworks by local artists including oil paintings depicting local scenes of sea, fishermen and wildlife, and incredible bog oak sculptures made by the owner.
