The open-plan living area is bathed in light thanks to the pair of French doors giving way to scenic Juliet balconies – the perfect spot to indulge in some people-watching over an evening glass of French wine.

Cosy up on the sofa with one of the books from the shelves or gather around the dining table for an intimate soirée made from fresh produce courtesy of the local farmer’s market that takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. With a desk space here too, as well as in the bedroom, you’re all set should you need to catch up on work. That said, we recommend less work and more play in the City of Light, with many of Paris’ most famous sights within easy reach of your home.

Visit the emblematic Eiffel Tower (a thirty-minute walk) or stroll through nearby Montparnasse with its crêperies, and historic bistros – the Montparnasse Tower is also twenty minutes away on foot. Elsewhere the Catacombs of Paris and the Luxembourg Gardens are both a thirty-minute walk away, while Parc Georges-Brassens is a ten-minute stroll from your door.
