The apartment is practically furnished. All the furniture goes well together. The crockery is thrown together and has quirks/battered. Unfortunately, the dishes aren't really clean upon arrival, as are the shower and the cupboards.

On arrival, hardly anyone spoke English and the apartment was not recommended. The bedroom bed was divided into 2 and constantly slipped during the night so that you almost lay in the gap. The kitchen appliances felt like they were from the 1930s and the fridge wasn't really cooling

Very good on the outside, secure residence and many free things: heating, wifi, parking and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is quite large but no dishwasher, very small fridge and kitchen, very low-end sofa, very little storage even for our clothes, very little equipment as a rule. That said, I had a very good promotion for this rental so for the price paid it is correct.

Nice apartment, but under equipped. Very average housekeeping. Reception not very smiling. Couch broken. But hey, let's put it into perspective, beautiful, very hot swimming pool. No internet, I reported but I was told that it was frequent!

The apartment was very poor, the lock for the sink was missing and the lock from the washbasin was also defective, the extractor in the bathroom and in the kitchen was defective, the shutters in the room had no rod so could not be closed, the floor and actually everything in the apartment was sticky first had to clean everything in the toilet the holder was missing (you could still see the holes in the wall was simply plastered over) from the toilet paper and in the bathroom the hangers were missing almost no hangers

We are unhappy with the quality of the services given the price paid for this apartment, requiring major renovation, the sofa to accommodate 2 people, too small. poor quality bed mattress, finally too many things to say badly maintained swimming pool, not enough deckchairs, so the race for the deckchair every day not the tenants, and lack of activities in particular the sluggish catering! we will not be returning and we do not recommend this destination

Residence very well located, quiet, with a pleasant swimming pool. The apartments all have a “real” terrace. Downsides: no air conditioning in the apartments, which is very problematic depending on the orientation of the building, quality furnishings at low prices, kitchen utensils reduced to the strict minimum. These three downsides are inconsistent with the three-star classification of the residence.

Our 3rd stay in the residence, and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Despite friendly staff and clean green areas and swimming pool, the accommodation was disappointing. The bedding is not comfortable (bed and sofa bed), the shower cubicle outdated but above all the lack of functioning of the roller shutters, for a ground floor, in favor of so-called blackout curtains. We had to compose the night between heat and shade. Wi-Fi unreachable...

Location well located, quiet but with a minimum of comfort. TV too small, kitchen not very functional if you have a meal together. Twin bed for a couple it would have been nicer a double bed and to provide at least hand towels and tea towels. Too bad also that the spa and the gym are closed because covid or not these are services that we pay for and therefore that we expect. +Pretty and quiet residence and very pleasant outdoor swimming pool

Household ok but gloomy apartment, very dirty walls with a view of the car park and very poorly insulated, you can hear everything from the neighbours. No air conditioning, it's very hot No parasol, balcony in full sun Broken sofa bed Broken blind handle No deckchairs at the swimming pool, dirty water. We arrived early with a 9 month old baby, the reception refused to give us the keys before 4 p.m. when several apartments were ready. No arrival kit as we usually have in an interhome agency

I have already stayed in this residence and I could only see that it is deteriorating both in terms of its staff and the property itself the bedding is so uncomfortable that my back has been blocked for 3 days and the apartment was dirty when I arrived there is only a microwave which is placed much too high and a plate. Many elements are broken such as the kitchen blind. The person at the reception has changed since my last stay and she is haughty and unpleasant. Add to that the insulation work that caused significant nuisance.

Missing a parasol on a sunny terrace in the morning (impossible to eat on the terrace). clean apartment on arrival except the terrace (balcony). Swimming pool not heated although it is announced 30° on the description. Otherwise no complaints, clean and sufficiently spacious accommodation.

Oh well. The service and everything around it was good so far. Only I was personally surprised by the not exactly clean apartment. The walls could do with a coat of paint. The sofa bed wasn't exactly a hit either. Here, too, a pull-out sofa bed might be better. Then the coffee pot was missing. The one we received had not been washed. But otherwise everything was good: people nice and trying to understand us. Apartment bright and friendly. Holiday papers properly and in good time. Address could be found. We will book with you again. Thanks.

the complex is located on the outskirts of Le Grau du Roi, fairly quiet and equipped with a pool and restaurant. Holiday apartments are spacious and functionally furnished. The process works well – in English. Upon arrival, the inventory should be checked and if necessary. be complained about immediately. The final acceptance is then no problem.

More hooks for the wardrobe in the hallway would be good, more shelves in the bathroom, soap holder in the shower would be good, fly screens in the bedroom, because the mosquitoes were a nuisance...otherwise it was good, the windows were poorly cleaned, the kitchen was good and functional, the staff friendly and helpful, beds were great! The facility was clean, the locking system in front of the parking lot was ideal, you felt safe!
