The light-filled kitchen with sensational marble counter-tops and high-spec cooking equipment is the heart of the home – putting together dinner here will be a delight, not a chore. And even better? This home is in a superb central location, set in-between Ramsgate's train station and the beach.

* There's a basement apartment beneath this home, which can be rented at an additional cost if you need more room
