Ty Traeth is a modern, contemporary apartment, located in the village of Deganwy in North Wales. Hosting two bedrooms; one king-size and one with children's bunks, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside, is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden to the rear with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Situated in a countryside setting, Ty Traeth is a lovely apartment in an uplifting part of Wales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x children's bunks. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with sitting area and dining area.

Area
The village of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Good central location.. Apartment has good facilities and clean bedding but lacks attention to detail/general maintenance. Shower has mouldy sealant, numerous lightbulbs needed replacing, loose floor beading, bathroom taps sometimes did not work, kitchen waste bin did not close due to broken catch and weeds growing on patio.

The Beach House in Deganwy is stunning- a real home from home.. It's in a quiet spot near to the beach within easy walking distance of Llandudno and Conwy and a short drive to many of the attractions and areas of outstanding natural beauty that North Wales has to offer. Accommodation is clean, well equipped and spacious with an amazing enclosed outdoor space. We'll definitely be returning.

The floors in the acomadation were not particularly clean, There was no vacuum in the property, it would have helped..

We ad a fantastic stand would recommend to all.. Itwas a home from home very comfy and well kitted out. Garden a bonus for the dog. Area is fantastic too with a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We would of the booked for October but the week already gone.

Not really, we stayed here at the end of March 2018, so knew exactly what to expect, it is a lovely apartment that is why we booked twice, just from the photos on your website alone, we imagined it would be ideal and it was, it didn't disappoint.. We stayed in their other property the Boat House last year 2017 which is just around the corner on the same estate,but is a 3 bedroom larger property which is more ideal for families, the Beach House is ideal for couples, but the area is in a fantastic location with good walks both into Conwy and Llandudno and both properties accept dogs which is great, I have already recommended the Boat House to my brothers family being that bit larger. The only small gripe with the property Beach House, but it's not really a gripe, more a reminder to the owners was the cutting knives are blunt, probably just due to being used frequently and also we did find the induction hob a bit temperamental and awkward to use, but we got by and regardless would still recommend this property to friends and family and we will definitely be booking again next year if it's still on the books, we had a superb time staying at the Beach House, exceptionally clean, modern and all you need for a holiday apartment with a south facing patio which is an added bonus, please pass our thanks to the owners.
