Very clean apartment. Advantages: beautiful and clean outdoor swimming pool, parking space, proximity to the beach and shops, air conditioning, washing machine, pleasant and well-kept exterior of the residence. Disadvantages: a bit small for 4 people (we were two adults and two children), noise from the road. On the other hand there is no selective sorting for waste In summary pleasant stay and in line with our expectations. Good value for money.

Very good location of the apartment, at sea level as well as the city center. The pool is right next to the apartment, that's a plus! Small flat in the cleanliness of the apartment.

The apartment was very nice. However: Batteries not working in the TV remote control Battery not working in the gate control box Pedestrian gate code wrong! Payment for wifi taken twice! Still not refunded! No chairs around the pool! It's a lot ! And when I call to report all this, nothing serious for them! It was still necessary to run after the neighbors to be able to leave the residence!

The accommodation is very good (clean functional, terrace, grid). The pluses are the swimming pool (very good) and the proximity to the sea, the mini golf course, seaqualand 12 minutes away on foot and the port of Grau Le Roi 25 minutes away on foot via a pretty road by the beach). The disadvantage of the accommodation is the noise from the road (very loud in summer) and the floor-to-ceiling windows are not insulated.

accommodation not very clean on arrival. the nearby noisy road was not signposted. The air conditioning was present and essential, it allows you to sleep well with the windows closed, which limits the nuisance of the road. the ceramic hob does not heat up very well. difficult to cook food
