Outside, there is a shared, enclosed rear patio with a barbecue and furniture, and off-road parking for one car with additional, chargeable parking in an overspill off-site area. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. WiFi, a selection of books, games, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
