Area
Looe is Cornwall's second largest fishing port, so there is always a lively maritime bustle around the East Looe quay area, which is linked to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. You can also take the river taxi from East to West Looe. East Looe has narrow cobblestone streets, twisting alleyways, and a plethora of tourist shops, whereas West Looe has a beautiful view of the harbour.
