Stunning, we have been visiting Cornwall for many years and I have to say this has been my number one accommodation.. The owners have not spared the expense of top quality furnishings, fittings and have everything you need in the kitchen. I have never felt so relaxed on any holiday home or abroad. The private beach is clean and we had no problems with social distancing, we even found a small waterfall (be warned it’s a steep slope down but worth it) I will definitely be booking again and recommend to friends and family and for people who find stairs difficult there is a lift!

This was a second stay here and we loved it as much as the first time.. Hopefully there will be a third time. It's a great apartment. Home from home really.

A very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a delightful position.. Being on the top floor the benefit of a lift was much appreciated at all times adding to the attraction of the apartment. Charlestown being just a short walk away and having a number of eateries to choose from made dining out a car-free pleasure. Extensive building work is going on opposite although in fairness we had been warned of this by the owners and have to say that it did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday though we suspect some people could find the constant workmen activity and number of cars parked on the road a problem finding somewhere to park themselves if they were unable to put their vehicle in the garage which has a very narrow access. Some previous holidaymaker had bent the garage door key making it difficult to use, in fact whilst we were still able to use the garage to park the car we did not lock the door after we had opened it on arrival as we were concerned about unlocking it to get our car out! Access to the beach and the South West Coast Path was good and directions received from the owners could not be faulted. All in all the pluses far outweighed the minuses and we would certainly consider booking again and recommending it to friends.

This is a beautiful apartment with everything we could wish for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.. It is very well appointed and tastefully furnished, the bi-fold doors and French door in the main bedroom were much appreciated as it was a very warm week. It is ideally situated for visiting the Eden Project and the Lost Garden of Heligan and other National Trust gardens. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Sadly the weather was somewhat 'inclement' but no-one has control over that! It was nice to know we had somewhere clean and comfortable to return to at the end of the day.The accommodation was excellent. Everything we needed - even a garage to put the car in! The balcony was a real bonus as when the sun did break out it was lovely to have an outside space to sit out. Quiet too. There was building work going on on the other side of the apartment building but I can't say that it bothered us at all except that the roads were a little congested with the works vans but having the garage meant that there was no problem with parking. Restaurants and eating places in Charlestown were excellent - particularly the Pier Head Hotel - wonderful service. Good location to visit lots of the popular sights around Cornwall. Unfortunately no small shop for emergencies so it was a short car journey to Tesco, Asda or Lidl. Weather aside, everything else was excellent.

We were never told that the apartment was immediately opposite a major building site.. The noise from the working was very unfortunate, especially as they started at 7am every day. We would have loved a lie in on at least one of the days, but no. The noise was too great - apart from the Sunday. We also noticed that other guests had experienced the same problem as they wrote so in the visitors book. Apartment would have been great if if wasn't for this. Everything else worked well.

This apartment is lovely with beautiful views of the sea.. It only has a couple of very minor issues which is why it is not the super smiley face for facilities. In the main bedroom it could do with much thicker curtains as the courtyard is brightly lit at night and so therefore is your bedroom. The second is the washer/dryer is not very good and really needs replacing and the third and last is that the owners have provided lovely plates, glasses and cutlery and then let it down with cheap plastic cooking utensils. Everything else in the apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The apartment is much bigger than I thought from the photos so that was a very pleasant surprise. There is some building work going on across the way but that did not disturb us in fact it was a lovely distraction for the grown up boys. We had a lovely week and I would not hesitate to recommend.

On many self catering holidays, you discover that something is missing.. Ian and Natasha provided everything sensibly possible! I do hope that nobody abuses this in future. Everything was clean and operational. We loved the views and the quietness at night.

28 Clocktower Court is a luxurious apartment, tastefully furnished and with every possible comfort, the owners have thought of everything.. This is by far the best property we have stayed in, we were so impressed we have already booked for next year. As it was so hot the bi-fold doors in the living room and French door in the double bedroom a wonderful feature helping to keep us cool. A lovely holiday in a brilliant apartment.

Choosing the ideal accommodation is always the hardest part when arranging a holiday in an area you do not know.. Sykes majes it easier because of their clear concise website. After booking they keet in touch and help you plan in advance to make your journey and arrival straightforward. The accommodation was exactly as described. All this contributed to a perfect relaxing holiday without any snags.

My holiday was as stress free as anyone could expect.. The location was ideal for my aim of enjoying a week of relaxation and some outdoor activity, with my wife readily pulling on her walking shoes. Being just off the South West Coast Path, this was perfect for walks to both eastward and westward locations. If we had wanted an easy outdoor day, there was the opportunity of a stroll on the private beach, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The weather, also, played a part with my intention to photograph parts of the area, enjoying relative warmth in the early November sun. After a full day walking / photography it was good to settle down in the apartment, relaxing after dinner then reviewing the images taken during the day. With the benefit of a washer/dryer the clothes could be clean and dry with minimal fuss, ready for another day. After a week, Saturday morning saw the car packed for the journey home, taking with us many wonderful memories.

Our holiday in this apartment was brilliant, everything was top notch. In fact I would go as far as to say that this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. It was cleaned to a very high standard and all the bedding and towels were of excellent quality. The furnishings were modern but very comfortable and the beds were divine, especially the super king. The kitchen area was lovely and had every utensil imaginable. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this apartment.
