Property Description

Kingswear is a beautiful village located in South Devon and on the banks of the River Dart. This village boasts spectacular views over to Dartmouth and Dartmouth is only a short ferry ride away where you can enjoy a spot of shopping in a mixture of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries. There are other local towns in close proximity to the property which are Brixham, Totnes, Paignton and Torquay. There is plenty to do here on holiday! 

11a Waterhead is a modern one bedroom ground floor apartment with a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen, from the kitchen there is a conservatory with a dining tables and chairs and this leads to the rear patio and garden. There is a barbeque available for guests to use (guests to bring their own coal for the barbeque). From the lounge you move to the bathroom with thermostatic shower cubicle, there is then the double bedroom and additional room at the side of the apartment.

Entertainment: Wall mounted 40" Samsung Smart TV, Netflix is available (You can log into your own account however, please don't forget to log out when you leave), DVD Player. 

For Families: Travel Cot (guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot), High Chair. 

Outside: Rear patio and garden with outside seating and barbeque provided. (Guests will need to supply their own coal for the barbeque)

Parking: There is private parking provided for up to 2 cars. 

General: WiFi Provided. Wall Mounted heaters are provided in the lounge, bedroom and bathroom, only static plug in heaters are provided for the other rooms. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. 

Pets: Maximum of 2 pets welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
