Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Living room: three seater and two seater sofas, armchair, log burner, grand piano. Patio doors with steps down to the established garden.
Master bedroom: King Size bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe with hanging space, chest of drawers, dressing table.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin, WC, cupboard.

Entertainment: TV with Freeview, DVD player. eclectic collection of books and novels,
For Families: grand piano!
Outside: private enclosed garden with furniture.
Parking: Street parking only -  please be aware that there is a private residence next door to these apartments. Entrance for 1 Millstone on gate. 
General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Gas central heating. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival November to March. No smoking.
Pets: one well-behaved dog is permitted. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: three seater sofa can be also be used as a sofa bed, if accommodation is needed for 2 additional guests-please request this at the time of your booking.
