Ant plague, tree rats, lizards and wild boar in the garden are the animals that live there. The sewage system when many people shower at once eventually bursts and floods. 900 meters to the beach but the house is very high so walking in such heat is impossible, especially going back. In addition, the smell of musty damp or something like that. Apart from these little things, ok. No air conditioning.!
