This is a very comfortable house in very quiet environment.. You are in the very last house of a dead-end road. The only things to hear are sheep, cows, ducks and the wind. This is really the ideal place to find peace and quiet in a very nice and rural environment.
Only minor negative point is that there is no coffee-machine.
