Ankerplatz

The apartment has a great location, close to the beach, in a nice residential area. The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, and savings bank are also within walking distance. Unfortunately, it lacked cleanliness. The leather sofa was still covered in crumbs and pet hair, the dishes in the cupboards were sometimes still damp and dirty, the bathroom was in poor condition with moldy grout, and the toilet was almost impossible to clean. That was a real shame, and it made us feel less than comfortable.

The apartment is okay. The furniture is a bit dated and somewhat worn, but fine for a short stay. We had booked three linen packages. We had to make the beds ourselves. That's not a service. Since there were only three sheets, the second mattress in the double bed, which only one person slept in, remained bare. That's unhygienic and uncomfortable. We made do with the bedspread and our own wool blanket. The kitchen cupboards could also be checked, as they contained some dirty utensils.

We haven't vacuumed in a long time. Dead bees were lying on the floor, they should have seen it when we turned the heating on. No WiFi, although it was generously advertised. Unfortunately, when we wanted to call the office, no matter what time of day it was, we only got the voicemail saying that we were calling outside of business hours. There was a tenant living on the ground floor who seemed to have dragged pots and similar things around the area directly under our bedroom at night. No rest possible. What a pity.
