Nice house with decent price. Beds are comfortable. Only parking space is not big enough for present cars. Short and narrow car like fiat 500 will be able to use parking space. You must by city parking. Thats additional 240 kuna and it is no easy to find empty place...

- landlady says she is overwhelmed with the overall situation ("i'm old") - house and inventory dirty/defective - main fuse tripped several times due to defective devices - language barrier -- bad English = not informative instruction - arrival immediately deposit + parking fee 35 euros / car and stay - air conditioning per day 20 euros extra - no linen change (do it yourself), different than described, dirty linen still available from the previous guest - dirty dishes in the closet upon arrival

When we arrived we were greeted by the ... rude. We weren't greeted, we were immediately asked for a deposit. The camp was good, but the house was in a messy condition, dust everywhere, cobwebs, some dirty dishes. Air conditioning at an additional cost of €30 per day, which is way over the top. Parking spaces are not always available, cost €35 per month for a car. On departure, the house would be thoroughly checked.
