The Farm is a large, detached property on the outskirts of Presteigne, Wales, ideal for families and groups. The property offers five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests: a family room with super-king-size zip/link bed (can be twins on request) and a single bed, a family room with a double and single, a double bedroom, a king-size bedroom with en-suite, and a ground-floor king-size bedroom. A family bathroom with roll-top bath and a ground-floor shower room serve the accommodation. Inside, there is a well-equipped kitchen/diner, utility room, two sitting rooms (one with electric fire), and spacious communal areas. Outside, guests can enjoy large lawned gardens, a patio with hot tub, outdoor furniture, and ample off-road parking. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at the property (nearby public charging points available). The property does not accept group teen/young adult bookings, and group details are required at booking. The access lane is unsuitable for low vehicles.

Presteigne is an ancient town resting on the banks of the River Lugg, on the border of England and Wales and has been voted one of the top 10 towns in Britain by Country Life magazine. Within the town you will find a plethora of black and white timbered buildings, narrow cobbled streets, individual shops, tea rooms and traditional pubs. From here, you can look forward to exploring the Mortimer Trail, Offa’s Dyke, the lovely walks up to Wigmore Castle, Croft Ambrey and the quiet valleys of the Lugg, Teme and Clun.
