Visit the numerous mills, craft centres, and castles strewn around the county to learn about history, or spend the day at the magnificent Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort to get a firsthand understanding of what it was like to live at that time. Visit the gorgeous Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or unwind on one of the many stunning sandy beaches available. This is a great family destination all year round.
