Set over three floors, there is a first floor family room with a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor family room with a king-size bed (zip-link, can be 2’6” twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor family room with a king-size double bed (zip-link, can be 2’6” twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor twin bedroom, a lower ground floor double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and an additional dining area connected through the open archway. There is also a utility room with a basin and WC, a sitting room with a large wrap around balcony with furniture, a snug with woodburner, a conservatory and a lower ground floor conservatory with an additional snug area. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars, access on request to a secure double garage for bike storage, a large enclosed lawned garden with different levels and patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a garden room on the lower lawn, a hot tub and a fully undercover swimming pool. Area
The small village of Govilon has a shop and pub/restaurant. The area boasts walks through the Wye Valley, along the Brecon Canal. The picturesque market town of Abergavenny is only three miles away and has a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, good shops, pubs and restaurants.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
