Holiday home
This wonderful, three-storey holiday home is set at the end of a terrace on the edge of Rhosneigr, with beautiful views of the sand dunes and sea beyond. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room, kitchen with dining area and a walk-in shower room with rainfall shower head. On the first floor is a double room, a kids room with bunk beds and the master bedroom with king-size bed and wicker chairs by a large Bay window where you can watch the kite surfers. Through the master room, up another staircase to the eaves, is the final bedroom with twin beds and a little writing desk. There is roadside parking to the back of the property and local amenities within a 10 minute walk. Great for watersports and exploring Anglesey!

Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double with seating area (seats 2), 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor adult bunks, 1 x eaves twin room accessed via king-size double. First floor bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

The seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. It is known for its renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead, and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Small unenclosed front lawned garden with bench (Long and narrow enclosed paved rear yard containing wheelie bin and recycling bins). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 10 mins walk. Sand dunes and beach less than 1 min walk.

Another brilliant stay at Sandy Bank I was joined by the children the first few days and once again they loved exploring the beach and sand dunes, literally outside the door. The beautiful downstairs shower room was a god send when they returned from their adventures. And I took full advantage of the roll top Bath There is plenty of space in the house and all rooms are brilliant, bright and welcoming. Annie, the owner, phoned to check everything was OK, which it was. Left alone for a few days, sat in front of a lovely fire book in hand watching the stormy Sea ?. Bliss . It's my second stay and just can't wait until next August to visit again x Home from home xx So all I can say is 5 ????? from me n mine .

Ideal location with beautiful views across the dunes to Rhosneigr beach and RAF Valley to the right.. Lovely spacious house, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was in contact before and during our stay to check if all was well, nice touch.

As soon as we got there and opened the door we felt at home.. The house is just fab and the way it's layed out is great. Every room was a pleasure and loved putting the real fire on. A complementary bottle of wine and the heating on. My dogs loved the short walk onto the beach, literally 4 min, and so did the grandchildren who also settled well thanks to your trunk of games. loved seeing the planes and watching the surfers. The view from the front and bedroom windows are just amazing. James checked up on how we were and if everything was ok, which it was. I cannot fault anything and just hope I get the chance to go again . This would have been an ideal place to spend Xmas , I checked and it's booked lol. .

Property needed a good spring clean.. To much dust. Sleeping arrangements regarding top bedroom are not really workable as you have to pass through the main bedroom to go to the bathroom. The bunk bedroom is only for children.

A beautiful house themed to reflect its wonderful position.. It has a marvellous collection of paintings prints and sea faring models that adds to the integrity and charm of the property, which is clearly loved by the owners. We have already booked for next year that's our 3rd visit.

A lovely house in a great location.. Close enough to walk to the village but in a very quiet location. The house was perfect for our family of Grandparents, parents and two young children. The children loved the sand dunes and had a great time on the beach. The house is very well equipped for self catering.

Sandy Bank is very well set up to make having a holiday a relaxing experience, all the facilities needed were there and in good condition, all easy to use.. Great views across the bay, fabulous sunsets and easy access to the beach. Lots of good quality comfortable furniture, nothing too fussy, so no need to worry with two small children romping around.

We absolutely loved this house , it met all our needs and more besides , the location was perfect as my grandchildren could go straight onto the beach and play all day if they so wished .. We all loved the selection of books and games and the only thing we thought was missing was our slippers !!!!! Would definitely love to stay there again.

We stayed at Sandy Bank for 6 days over half term. The property is ideally situated on the sand dunes, a stones throw from the beach. Our kids loved it, they spent hours playing on the sand dunes. We sat outside each evening watching the sunset. The house is clean and well furnished. Our family of 5 loved it, as did our dog. Rhosneigr is a fantastic little village with a shop, surf cafe, couple of restaurants and a shop. Highly recommend

Sandy Bank was a wonderful place to stay.. The whole house was perfectly clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need, the kitchen particularly. The position on the beach was perfect, the views from the front of the house were stunning and it was close to walk to the town centre to local shops and eateries. The owner was extremely helpful regarding check in and check out. Would love to have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Thank you.

A lovely cottage with fabulous views.. You stepped out of the front door and were straight onto the sand dunes which led to Rhosneigr's beautiful beach. Our dogs loved it. The cottage was lovely and the kitchen very well equipped for self catering. The views were amazing, lovely sunsets and a real bonus was to be able to watch the RAF Hawks setting off from the airbase nearby. We will definitely be returning.

The house was lovely.. It provided everything a family would need. Most of all the position on the sand dunes just minutes from the gorgeous beach. The views from the master bedroom and the lounge were exceptional. The owner was most helpful and charming even leaving us a bottle of wine, which was so kind.
