Fferam Y Llyn is a detached cottage situated close to the owners' home and their livestock farm, 2.5 miles from the rural village of Rhosgoch, near Cemaes Bay on Anglesey. This cottage sleeps twelve in five bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and en-suite shower, basin and WC, one ground floor king-size double with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room, one double and two ground floor twin rooms. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, two sitting rooms, one of which has a woodburning stove and a ground floor shower room with access to a bedroom. Outside there's ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, children's swing and furniture. Note: Max. 10 adults and 2x children max age 12yrs old. (not inc. infants). Note: This property does not accept any stag/hen or similar parties. During the months of July and August bookings must start on a Friday for a minimum of 7 nights

The small rural village of Rhosgoch is situated close to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the Isle of Anglesey. Close by is the pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay, which boasts three pubs, a few shops, a natural sheltered harbour and a Blue Flag sandy beach. Anglesey is renowned for its miles of varied coastline, walking and cycling routes, birdwatching, watersports, fishing and golf courses.
