The Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse situated four miles from Newborough on Anglesey. This cottage sleeps nine people in five bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, two single and one twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with comfy seating and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Farmhouse is an ideal base for exploring Anglesey and North Wales. Please note - The owner lives next door to the property Please note - This property does not accept stag or hen parties

Area
Newborough on Anglesey occupies a good position on the edge of forest and dunes, on the south west corner of Anglesey. Newborough has a shop and a pub, and is close to Llanddwyn Bay, with its famously fine beach. There is a protected Nature Reserve to the back of the beach, home to a whole host of wildlife. The rest of Anglesey's attractions, including the Sea Zoo, model village and more, are within easy reach, as are the mountains of Snowdonia and the coast and castles of the Lleyn Peninsula.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The internet did not do justice to the property, it was larger than I thought it would be, clean comfortable and every thing you would have in your own home.. Owners were very friendly, there if you wanted them, otherwise left you to do your own thing. This farm house is splendid for couples, families with children and especially if you have dog(s). The property is located so you can get round all of Anglesey in the week although I would have stayed two weeks given the chance as the beaches were clean and dog friendly and there was a plentiful supply of good eating places. The farm has its share of animals all around and even in my mid sixties I loved seeing the piglets literally 30 yards from the back door. Highly recommended!

The Farmhouse is extremely comfortable in a very quiet and peaceful setting.. It was great that there was plenty of outside space and our grandchildren enjoyed feeding the pigs. Vicky and Alan made us feel very welcome.

This property is excellent for dogs with plenty of enclosed outside space the house is well presented and very comfortable the owners are very busy people but nothing was too much trouble for them we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property..

We enjoyed the Farmhouse because there was a lot of open free space for the children and dog to run around in and play.. There was the added interest of the animals. Our hosts were lovely with lots of helpful advice and had left us basic supplies for our arrival. This was our second year and my grandchildren are looking forward to the third.

The farm house is a fabulous holiday home, we were made to feel very welcome by the owners.. It was lovely to have farm animals so close to the house and the kids really enjoyed helping Alan and Vicky feed them. The house is in a brilliant location and very peaceful. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking of returning. :)

Great time was had at The Farmhouse, very clean and comfortable, all facilities needed for family of 4 Adults 4 boisterous children, Very peaceful, quiet location , but central for exploring Angelsey, freedom and space , warm welcome given by owners, faultless!

Very warm welcome from the owners on arrival.. The accommodation met our requirements perfectly for a long weekend break in Wales and if you had also arranged the weather you did a brilliant job of doing so ;-). The property was scrupulously clean and had everything that you could need. Feeding the pigs and watching the lambs was a particular highlight for my youngest. Will come back again but with grandparents next time - thank you.
