Bay View is a delightful detached cottage in an elevated position within Benllech, Island of Anglesey. Hosting five bedrooms; two king-size (one with en-suite), two twin rooms, and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to nine people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room, and a sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, a secure garage for bikes/canoes etc, and an enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Resting in a charming location with a long sandy beach, Bay View is an excellent cottage in a scenic part of Wales.

Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room. Sitting room (seats 8).

Area
Benllech is home to a sandy beach, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés lie to the front of the beach, with a picnic area to the side. The village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. And the rural setting offers peace and access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the mountains of Snowdonia. There is much to see in and around the area.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and pantry in utility. 2 x Smart TV's with Freeview, DVD player, CD/DAB radio, Wifi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot, 1 (bring your own cot bedding),1, high chair and 2 stair gates. Off road parking for 3 cars. Secure garage for bikes/canoes etc. Private rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Sandy beach 5-10 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: There are two gradual steps and a small slope leading to a further three steps to the front door. Note: The garage can also be accessed internally, via the utility room, three steps lead down to the garage from here.

We were looking for a house to accommodate 9 of us and came across this little gem. It really is like a home from home, perfectly equipped with everything you could want or need. We also brought our dog where the enclosed garden came in very handy. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained and it didn't feel like there was 9 of us in there as it was so spacious. The views to the front a spectacular too. Jane the owner is very accommodating and informative, and kept in touch before and after to make sure our stay was a success. At first glance it looks like there's not much around but just venture to the bottom of the road and there's plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend the Beachcomber Restaurant which is just at the bottom of the road. Food is fantastic! The beach is only a 10 minute walk but it's a steep walk back so be mindful if you struggle walking up hill. There's car parking there if you need to take the car. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here and will hopefully be staying there again in the future ourselves.

Our party of 4 generations of the family ranging from 18 months to almost 90 had the most comfortable stay in this lovely home. It is so well equipped and the arrangement of rooms very convenient for our trip, with 2 of the bedrooms downstairs with a shower room and a separate loo. I really couldn’t find any fault with it. The owner responded really quickly when we booked, and supplied cot and high chair and fitted safety gates for our youngest member. Lovely safe outside space as well, enhanced by lovely weather!

Great place.. Everything you could possibly need in a holiday stay and more. We holiday on anglesey at least 4 times a year and we thought we have stayed in some of the best ones on the island until we stayed here. This is the best by far. Not disapointed in the slightest with anything about the place. The beds were ultra comfortable and 3 toilets ensure a large family never have to wait to go. It was really nice and we definantly didnt want to leave but we will be back there soon. Many thanks to jane the owner for letting out this great holiday stay.

Fantastic house with easily the best equipped kitchen we've ever come across in a rental property and everything you could ever need.. Superbly located in easy walking distance of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants and 5mins from the stunning red warf bay. This is what Anglesey is all about, thank you and see you again soon!

We had a lovely week here, everything you needed and more. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms and living areas comfortable too. Garden was fully enclosed which was great having taken our 2 dogs with us. Could let them out without worrying that they could escape to chase the seagulls. Would recommend and will definitely consider booking here again. Loved Anglesey

Spent an extremely comfortable week in this lovely house. Great location for beach and touring North Wales. Excellent facilities, very clean and a private garden for relaxing. Have stayed in many cottages around the country but this one far outshines any other. Have already planned visit next year.

This is a very well equipped and comfortable modern house in a nice location.. Spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything that a large group could want, and the sea views from the lounge are an around the clock treat. Nice welcoming gifts on arrival helped us settle in, and the local pubs are all friendly. We have enjoyed our days out around Benllech and further afield (including a lovely day touring Snowdonia by car). This is a house that is ideally located, we would recommend to anybody and hope to return again in the future.

The house was in a great location and very well equipped.. Great to be only 10 minutes walk from the beach and pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The garden was a great place to relax in (when the sun was shining) and secure for dogs Our first trip to Anglesey and it will not be our last. Due to the size of the island nothing is too far a drive away. Some great places to visit and fantastic coastal scenery.
