Nearby is historic Caernarfon, a popular tourist spot with its 13th Century castle and well preserved town walls. During the season there are guided tours of the castle and special events including historic pageants. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and a golf course.

We stayed at this accommodation for a week in April 2019 and it was an excellent place to stay.. It was very clean and comfortable and everything we could have possibly needed was there. The beach was just a five minute walk away from the house and this was great to walk our dogs. We went away for a relaxing break and we absolutely achieved this. We would highly recommend this accommodation. The house managers were on call if we needed them but they also left us alone to enjoy our break which was great.

The cottage was beautifully presented with a very high standard of fixtures and fittings.. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and the location was exactly what we wanted with the beach a very short walk away. Our dog loved his runs on the beach each day as we had it to ourselves and although the weather was awful (Storm Ali) we had a very relaxing break and would most definitely book this cottage again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
