With its two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep four people. Inside, it also comes with an open-plan living area which includes a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Its exterior benefits from plenty of off-road parking as well as a lawn and a patio with furniture and a hot tub. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Hot tub not included in price. £100 extra charge to be discussed with the owner, she will be in contact.

Area
The attractive village of Penygroes rests on the outskirts of Snowdonia National Park and near the glorious Welsh coast. Visitors can stop for a drink at The Goat or a sweet treat at Yr Orsaf, before heading to the beach at Aberdesach to bask in the sun and embark on the Welsh Coastal Path. History lovers will enjoy visiting Caernarfon with its castle and fortress, or continuing on to Menai Bridge and Bangor with their many landmarks and attractions waiting to be experienced.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Had a great week at this lovely cottage .. Hot tub had amazing sunset views and was cleaned after each booking . Cottage was warm , clean and had everything for our stay. Tesco’s do deliveries. Owner lived in front of cottage and was there if needed for anything . There is nothing around this area (which is why I booked it) nearest large town only about 5 miles away. You could walk to beach about 15 mins. There is a small bumpy lane to the cottage , which is fine if weather is ok . I would definitely book again .

Had a very enjoyable break at this cottage, great base for exploring wales and the hot tub was an added bonus with a beautiful view of the sea ! Owner was fabulous and really helpful !!

What a fabulous break in a lovely cottage ! !! Clean and comfortable cute cottage with everything you need ! Very welcoming !! In a beautiful location overlooking the sea and mountains! Views to die for! Especially while relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of prosecco (which was kindly provided). I would highly recommended to go and visit this beautiful cottage. There was also lots of space for dogs to have a run around and enjoy themselves! All in all a lovely cottage in a beautiful location with everything you would ever need. Our cottage was beautiful.. We stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and it was perfect. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We would definitely recommend this cottage and are already planning to return.
