Set all on ground floor, it boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, two doubles, and a family room with four single beds, sleeping 10 altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, utility, living/dining room, conservatory and games room. to the outside is a large garden and off-road parking for four cars. Tan Y Fedwen is a lovely cottage to be shared with family and friends the year-round.

Llwyngwril rests at the edge of the River Gwril, nestling between the Snowdonia Mountains and Cardigan Bay coastline. With its 16th century church, pleasant pub and riverside setting, it offers walks and boasts a variety of wild flowers and many species of birds that flock to the area’s sheltered beaches and rock pools. Discover the towns of Tywyn, Dolgellau and Aberdovey, and visit Harlech Castle and the Snowdonia National Park, all within a short drive.

Good comfortable home - great kitchen and dining area and beds really comfy.. The owner tells us he will be adding a further shower after the summer which will greatly improve the facilities. Would definitely recommend it and possibly return - lovely area of Wales.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay.. There was 9 of us (4 adults 5 children and a dog) it still had plenty of space plus a fab dining table we could all fit round comfortably. Great outdoor space too plenty of space to ride bikes and quick access to the beech. Owner was super friendly and told us about all the places to visit will definitely be returning

This was a great find.. Everything about the house and area was excellent especially if you're looking for a quiet place it’s truly Beautiful and in a wonderful location close to the beaches and mountains. The view from the garden is amazing. The owner is just next door he is there when you need him, he also gave us some leaflets for attractions around the area. Kids went to feed the goat next door they really enjoyed it. They played ball games in the garden its totally enclosed with stunning views. On a rainy day the Kids spent most of their time in the games room with their own tv and games provided. They enjoyed horse riding and was only 6 mins of driving there!!! The accommodation is comfortable and very clean it has a Wonderful large kitchen well equipped with almost everything you might need. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend it to families. We are looking forward to book it next year. Thank you so much
