Seaview Apartment is a charming ground-floor property situated in the town of Barmouth in Wales. Hosting one double bedroom which benefits from an en-suite bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is a kitchen and a living room/diner with beautiful views out to Barmouth Beach and Cardigan Bay. A parking permit for a nearby car park is provided. Seaview Apartment makes for a great base from which to enjoy the seaside delights of Barmouth. Note: Apartment is accessed up a steep lane, not suitable for vehicles and with several steps, not suitable for any guests with any mobility issues.

Barmouth is a beautiful and picturesque seaside resort on the Welsh coast, surrounded by the vast Snowdonia National Park it is a gateway to both the wonders of the coast and the rugged countryside. Offering a huge Blue Flag beach along with shops, pubs and restaurants, it makes for an excellent holiday base, and with activities within the town and in the surrounding area you won't be short of things to entertain you.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. TV with Freeview, Wifi, DAB radio, small selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own towels for the beach). One FOC parking permit for nearby car park, additional roadside parking close by, first come, first served. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Apartment is accessed up a steep lane, not suitable for vehicles and with several steps, not suitable for any guests with any mobility issues. Note: Building accessed via communal entrance and hallway. The apartment has its own private door and hallway. Note: Adults only, no children allowed, babes in arms only. Note: Check in 4pm.

Wonderful experience!

Ideal location for exploring town and surrounding area.. The 'very steep' walk up to the cottage may put off elderly folk and anybody with difficulty walking. The bath was very welcome with a constant supply of hot water - bath has a shower attachment so those that prefer showering can sit in the bath and shower (plenty of water pressure). There is a washing machine in the flat although nothing to hang washing on - perhaps speak to owner about use. Overall, we had a lovely, quiet stay in this cosy little cottage.

Doesn't provide WIFI, instead they use a 4G router, this is fine if you aren't a huge internet user but for me and my wife this was a pain and we kept running out.. Not a huge issue but irritating. Other then this the holiday was great !

Superb hassle free booking and the apartment was superb.. Spotlessly clean with stunning views. Lovely welcome gifts and although it is a steep walk it is well worth it! Friendly owners and look forward to returning next year

Accurate description of the limited accessibility - VERY steep, but worth it for the tremendous view.. This could be enhanced if the hedge was cut a few inches shorter. Only thing missing was a suitable sitting out place, we were there in the heat! Well kept flat with everything we needed including welcoming package of eggs and other edibles. Owners very pleasant and welcoming. Would certainly recommend it, though if you go out you should take everything you need for the day.

Have you ever actually visited this property? If so you would know that it is completely unsuitable for anyone elderly/ with mobility problems. It can only be reached by hauling your luggage up an EXTREMELY steep lane. Wonderful in many respects but your description & photos give nothing like an accurate picture of the difficulty.

A lovely apartment but, although it was mentioned, access to the property was quite difficult for older people.. Access by car was impossible - because of the steep and narrow road - so transferring luggage was difficult. Car Parking, whilst provided free of charge, was some distance away.
