Bwthyn Y Nant is a very well appointed, semi-detached character cottage, located in the semi-rural village of Nant Peris at the foot of the Snowdon mountain range, just 2.5 miles from Llanberis, and can sleep four people. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and an enclosed rear garden with furniture and barbcue. Bwthyn Y Nant is a wonderful holiday base. Property is unable to accommodate a Monday check in

Area
The popular mountain tourist centre of Llanberis is flanked by two lakes, Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris, and dominated by the stunning Snowdon Massif, in the beautful Snowdonia National Park. With the option to catch the mountain train or pick from the many walking trails to the top, visitors to Llanberis often stop to enjoy the town on their way to take in the outstanding views from the summit of Snowdon, which is the highest mountain in England and Wales. The annual Llanberis Marathon in October takes runners over a gurelling 26 mile course, beginning and ending in the town. For the chance to relax, the sandy beaches, exhilarating watersports and rocky shorelines of the coast are just a few miles away.

Enclosed rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub/restaurant 1 min walk. Note: There is slightly reduced headroom over the bath. Note: Check-in 4pm for holiday starting on Friday but if the holiday starting on any other days of the week check in time after 5 PM. Note: Unable to accomodate Monday check in. Note: This property has a £50 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please note: There is currently nearby building work causing a slight restriction to the driveway but it is still accessible with care (alternative parking is available at the carpark next door).

Exceptional cottage.. Located in a beautiful area with some lovely walks right from the door. Nearby is the park and ride for Snowdon or nip into Llanberis, park and start the Llanberis route. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Bwthyn Nant Cottage , Near Llanberis.. This is the most beautiful holiday cottage. Clean, cosy beds, everything that you would ever need. Good area for walking, many places to visit. The local pub is 10 strides away and serves good hot food. We had a perfect holiday and would like to return. Many thanks to the owner.

I have to say we really enjoyed our holiday.. Bwyth Y Nant was beautifully decorated and had almost everything you could need! The bed was super-comfy and the kitchen was large and modern with lots of cupboard space (including space to put our things!). The position of the cottage next door to a put was very convenient! We did use the pub one night for a meal and found it to be very reasonably priced. Also the surroundings were stunningly beautiful with our back garden backing onto a mountain! If I was going to be picky about this cottage I would say I was surprised at the lack of a full-length mirror which was a slight inconvenience when getting dressed. Also the odd order of the two bedrooms, the double being the largest but had no window view (just a vellum window in the roof). The twin-bedded room had a fabulous view and was much lighter thanks to the good sized window. I have to say though that all in all this cottage was lovely, very good value for money and in a stunning situation within the Snowdonia mountain range, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The owner (not living on site), Mr.. Card, was both sincerely friendly and helpful. The house was not overlooked, was delightful and immaculate, had off road parking and a lockable bike shed and a well equipped playground nearby. It had been refurbished to a very high standard and had views of the nearby mountains. Although the facilities were excellent, a dog friendly traditional pub serving food was literally one minutes walk should one fancy a change.The village of Llanberis is about two miles away down a good road with restaurants and bars and a train that goes most of the way up to the summit of Snowdon. Llanberis also has a train circumnavigating a large lake. Caernarfon and Bangor and Anglesey are a short drive away. Whether hiking, climbing or chilling out this is an excellent place to do it from. Highly recommended.

Used as a base for 3 blokes climbing in and around Snowdonia. Furnished to a high standard throughout, log burner a real treat. Great for drying damp climbing kit!! Would recommend to walkers or couples. Perfect.

This was a last minute decision for a long weekend hiking.. This came up at a great price and even if it wasn't on a deal we still would have gone for it. Perfectly situated and all round a great place.

We had a brilliant week long family holiday at this stunning cottage, very modern in places with excellent fixtures and fittings but also lots of character with the wooden beams and wood burner, the tabletop retro arcade machine with all the classics was also a real bonus.. Excellent facilities and Immaculately clean, the garden was lovely when the sun shone, would definitely recommend this cottage and will be sure to return at some point.

And walking out to the view of a beautiful mountain was just out of this world. Our kids loved the play park and especially that they were sharing it with the sheep at times!! The cottage was extremely comfortable and warm, very important after a day walking and sightseeing.. Excellent location near to all the places of interest which we wanted to visit. The pub in the village served good beer and the staff friendly. Food was pretty average but it was nice to have the facility 3mins walk from the cottage.

The location is stunning, with mountains, right behind your back garden. The couple who own the property are really helpful and the property ha very thing you could need.
