Awel Y Llan is a detached cottage set in the village of Llanfair in North Wales. It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Awel Y Llan is a homely cottage in an excellent location for exploring an incredible area of North Wales. Note: Electric vehicle charging possible with £25 cost per week using outside 13 amp plug (not rapid charger).

Five bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor twin, 2 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. First floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area with woodburning stove. In a separate building your very own spa suite holds a luxury hot tub and sauna for you to sit and indulge in without a care in the world. Adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment such as bikes and watersports equipment can be kept safe and dry.

Area
The village of Llanfair has an impressive location, nestling between the Rhinog Mountains and Harlech, whilst providing views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. This village is a base for walks in the countryside. Harlech, a World Heritage Site is 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its castle. It has the Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts a variety of amenities. Within the Snowdonia National Park and on Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

While I’m writing, still sitting on the comfortable sofa. Unfortunately we are ending our 3 night stay in this lovely place. Feels like we should have stayed more. Well maintained, clean. Our kids really enjoyed the stay, specially playing table tennis. For parents Sauna and jacuzzi added, undoubtedly a special flavor to the holiday. We were 3 families with kids, and really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic cottage much larger than expected , had everything we needed for .... Fantastic cottage much larger than expected , had everything we needed for Christmas for 2 family's, very spacious accommodation, hot tub was a great hit with everyone as well as the sauna and Bluetooth sound system in the hot tub room , there was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree for us and the log burner was a great hit on Christmas eve , overall we all had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone in the future , it certainly made our Christmas one to remember, with thanks The Layland and The Bevan families

Fabulous holiday let, great for a large group.. Spectacular views looking over Llandanwg beach and Shell island. The games room was a particular hit with the children.

Several wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance. Beautiful views from the house and great walks all around. The house is very spacious, comfortable and superbly equipped with quality new furnishings throughout. Lovely to use the sauna and hot tub after a day's walking and there is a good games room. A great stay, thank you.

Lovely house in nice location.. Accommodation exceeded expectations. Only disappointment was hot tub smaller than expected 3 person. But probably due to my personal one being 7 person. Very well equipped and useful leaflets left with information for guests.
