Awel Y Llan is a detached cottage set in the village of Llanfair in North Wales. It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Awel Y Llan is a homely cottage in an excellent location for exploring an incredible area of North Wales. Note: Electric vehicle charging possible with £25 cost per week using outside 13 amp plug (not rapid charger).

Area
The village of Llanfair has an impressive location, nestling between the Rhinog Mountains and Harlech, whilst providing views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. This village is a base for walks in the countryside. Harlech, a World Heritage Site is 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its castle. It has the Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts a variety of amenities. Within the Snowdonia National Park and on Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
