Area Manod is in between the Manod and Moelwyn mountains in the Snowdonia National Park. 1.5 miles away is Blaenau Ffestiniog, it has shops and pubs and is known for its tourist attraction including the Llechwedd Slate Cavern, or the Ffestiniog Railway. Enjoy walks and bike trails, climbing at the Plas y Brenin National Mountain Centre, beaches, fishing or golf, or visit Betws-y-Coed, Portmeirion, or Bala.
Region Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Tea,coffee and milk in a fridge to welcome us after long walk was a pleasant surprise! House is absolutely lovely with great furniture, accessories in a kitchen are absolutely spot on and rooms are full of very personal but well selected features!! Would highly recomend this place!! Thank you:)

We had a marvellous holiday, and hoping to back next year.. The cottage wa absolutely brilliant. There was nothing that the owners hadn't thought of. The only downside was it stated a tumble dryer on the premises and there wasn't one. This wasn't the end of the world. Also perhaps the garden could be made secure. Our dog wasn't bothered, he was quite happy tethered to a long lead. This has been the best cottage I have ever stayed in, would highly recommend.

Brilliant holiday.. Brilliant house. The area itself was a little run down,but the locals were friendly. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Lake Bala and Portmadog.

A great cottage which is very well equipped and decorated to a high standard.. Dozens of dvds and books provided and lots of board games too. The kitchen had everything you could need. It was great to have access to the garage too to store bikes securely. Highly recommended.
