Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear enclosed garden with table and chairs. 6 Smithfield Lane is a charming property, perfect for exploring North Wales. One large dog, or two small dogs welcome (£20 per pet per stay), but please do not take your pet upstairs. Please let Sykes Cottage know if you are bringing a pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within a 1-minute walk. Note: Parking permit for parking 400 yards supplied by owner kept in information folder. Also roadside parking is available in adjacent streets subject to times displayed.

Resting within the Snowdonia National Park, is this market town of Dolgellau. Within this town you will find a wealth of restaurants, pubs, a wine bar, shops and bakeries. It is a superb base for outdoor pursuits, with Cader Idris and the sandy beach of Barmouth close by. Also close by is the Coed y Brenin mountain bike trail as well as superb scenery, mountains, forests, waterfalls, castles and beaches all close to explore.
