Area The picturesque seaside town of Criccieth is just 5 miles from Porthmadog along the North Wales coast. The town boasts a 13th century castle, which sits on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. There are two beaches to choose from which are excellent for watersports, while walkers and cyclists can explore the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.
