Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of games. Parking available for 2 cars maximum in front of property; alternative road parking close by for any additional cars. Front patio with a picnic bench, and a rear garden with a gravelled area and picnic bench. A travel cot and highchair are provided and fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however, no smoking. Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of five adults and two children, and there are steps leading to and inside the property. Find a shop in 0.8 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Montague House is a gorgeous holiday home in a fun-filled area. Blaenau Ffestiniog is ideally located for visiting Snowdonia National Park. Shops, taverns, and restaurants abound. Zip Globe Slate caves is the longest and fastest zip line in Europe and the world. The slate mines are a UNESCO world heritage site, and tourists may take underground expeditions to experience old-fashioned mining. The Ffestiniog mountain railway spans 13 kilometres across Snowdonia to Porthmadog. Portmeirion, famed for its architecture and the film site of The Prisoner, is nearby, as are child-friendly beaches.
