Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, served by shower room. To the outside is an enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note, one pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, starter pack, bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bwthyn Y Bugail is a wonderful retreat to this part of Wales. Note: There are 13 steep steps to the rear patio/lawn level, garden is not suitable for those with limited mobility, young children should be supervised at all times. Note: The cottage is close to the road, traffic noise may be heard.

The fascinating old slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park. There is a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. The main local attractions include Zip World Slate caverns, the longest zip line in Europe and fastest in the world, this is a great underground adventure. The slate mines now hold the prestigious status of a world heritage site, awarded by UNESCO and visitors can take enthralling underground trips there to see mining as it was done in days gone by. The famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway also runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Nearby is Portmeirion village, famous for its architecture and the film set of the cult TV series The Prisoner, plus local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
